Dear Apple
Please make sure the next version of Safari works. In JavaScript, the constructor property of an instance of a class should refer to that class (its constructor). It should do this automatically. I shouldn't have to do this myself.
It shouldn't have taken me 15 minutes to come up with this code, and 15 minutes to write it, and more than 90 minutes to figure this out. It really shouldn't.
(I'll provide you with a testcase and the script I wrote later.)
(Wow, I'm really polite towards Apple, am I not? I wonder how I would have reacted if it was Internet Explorer I was talking about... nonetheless I'm quite annoyed by this bug.)
