    Look at the small license plate: that kind is reserved for motorcycles and small veichles with *less* than 50cc motors… like the Piaggio motorbikes you can see all around in italian cities.
    That “car” won’t be fast, but you would pay very little taxes and insurance fee for it, and you could even drive it without any license.

    In Italy they are mostly used by elders or people with small disabilities who could have some trouble in passing the medicals for the driving license.
